I forgot my password. What do I do?

To reset your password, click the “Forgot Password?” option on the Login page. A password reset link will be emailed to you. Reset your password within an hour of receiving the password reset link and continue to complete the login.

My computer isn’t working. What are my options?

iSucceed will not replace a school computer damaged due to negligence or mistreatment of equipment. . If you experience other issues with your school computer, submit a Tech Support Ticket and the Tech Support Specialist will be in contact with you within 24 hours (business days).

Where can I complete my courses?

As a student, you can log into the Student/Parent Portal at any time.

Your username is your school email. To reset your password, click the “Forgot Password?” option on the Login Page. A password reset link will be emailed to your school gmail account. Be sure to reset your password within an hour of receiving the password reset link. Still having problems? Submit a Tech Support Ticket.
