Each teacher provides a personalized email address at the beginning of every course, ensuring seamless communication. Expect prompt responses within 24 hours or less.

PHONE CALL

For immediate assistance, reach out to instructors directly via their dedicated phone lines, conveniently provided in PSP course announcements.

TEXT MESSAGING

Some instructors offer text messaging options for quick queries. Details regarding this service are typically shared at the beginning of each course or can be enquired about through alternative communication channels.

REAL-TIME ONLINE SESSIONS

Engage in live classroom sessions for interactive learning experiences. Seek clarification or opt for personalized tutoring through one-on-one online sessions.

IN-PERSON APPOINTMENTS

Residents near our Boise office can schedule in-person appointments for personalized support. Meet your instructors face-to-face and receive tailored guidance.

Our instructors are available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday, ready to assist students during business hours. We encourage them to make the most of these communication channels to enhance their learning journey.
