Renee Cummings (Vice-Chair):
I earned my B.A. from George Fox University in Management and Organizational Leadership. I worked 16 years for Head Start in Ontario Oregon and then founded Harvest House Missions, a non-profit working on issues of homelessness and hunger in Ontario. I worked extensively with runaway and homeless youth and high-risk youth transitioning into adulthood. I also coordinated Third District Youth court in Idaho, working with youth offenders in a diversion program. I am once again working at Head start as a Center Manager.
A native Idahoan, Kathy Uker comes to us from Twin Falls where she works for Region IV Development Association, Inc., a private non-profit corporation that offers assistance in Community Development, and Small Business Loan assistance and resources, to South Central Idaho communities. In the 17 years she has been employed there, Region IV has been instrumental in assisting South-Central Idaho cities and counties in upgrading or implementing vital infrastructure projects for the area. Kathy has been a member of the iSucceedVHS Parent Advisory Committee during the 2008-2009 and 2009-2010 school years. She is extremely interested in helping iSucceed reach those students in Idaho who are not succeeding or progressing as they would like in the public school environment.
The following served as Board Members for iSucceed Virtual High School but unfortunately their lives were cut too short.
